Thank you for your purchase from ‘Ecoliv’, every purchase is very important to us and we will ensure you get the best of the services from our side.

Delivery process

Once the order is placed, our system will process the request and queue it for delivery. We will ready the product for delivery including quality check.

Once the product is packed for delivery, our delivery partner will collect the package from ‘Ecoliv’and deliver at your address in the quickest time possible.

All the orders are fulfilled by reliable courier partners. Orders in stock are processed within a time span of 4-5 working days for readymade clothes and a maximum of 7-8 working days.

The product shall be despatched in the time frame as mentioned above & in the product page. Further delays, if any, from the delivery partner end can be escalated to info@ecolivstore.com.

We can try to resolve them at the earliest

International Shipping may attract respective shipping rates as per our courier partner. Kindly contact  info@ecolivstore.comfor any other queries in this regard.

Readymade products

What if my order is undelivered?

For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund.

How do I track my order?

Once order has been dispatched, you will receive email regarding your shipment details including shipment tracking order, delivery partner website and contact details. You can track the status of the package through this order number at our delivery partner website.  

Are there any additional shipping charges?

“Ecoliv” provides FREE shipping for all orders above AED 300 in UAE. A shipping charge of AED15 is payable only on orders below AED 300.

We can arrange 1 day quickest delivery at stlightly extra cost.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in UAE, once shipped, are typically delivered in 5-7 business days in Dubai, Sharjah and 7-10 business days for the rest of UAE. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

We generally maintain 90% of inventory of the products ordered, however in case of exceptions there will be delay in sourcing the same.

We will keep you updated on delays in delivering from our end.
